Shipping is free over £25 (£3.95 below £25). Place your order before 5pm and we'll ship it that same day (Mon-Fri). It'll go Tracked Next Day with Royal Mail, unless you need DHL Next Day which is £10. International is little different, click here.
As long as it’s unused and boxed you can send it back, but we recommend you to get in touch first to see if we can help. You’ll have to ship it back to us yourself, and we recommend using tracked delivery.

Make sure you write us a note with your details in the box so we know who it’s from. Once it arrives, we’ll get your refund or exchange sorted.

Brewing tea should be simple and satisfying - so we redesigned the teapot from scratch. No mess, no faff, no need for a strainer (or doilies). Just loads of room for the leaves to release their flavour.
The Inside Scoop

The stainless steel strainer gives the rolled whole leaves more space to absorb more water, giving you a tastier cup of tea. It's also much easier to remove and clean than a basket.

The pot base is made from borosilicate glass so it's tough, retains heat and you can see exactly what's going on inside. It holds 800ml of water.

The silicone ring and dot help protect your fingers whilst adding a splash of colour to your brewtime - pick a colour that matches your flair, favourite blend, or other kit.

    The perfect way to start the day

    This teapot has become my go-to for my morning tea. I work from home and love to start off with a pot that looks lovely, holds a good amount, (I know it's technically a 'Teapot for Two" but I use it to give me a good, lengthy supply of tea), and filter the loose leaf very well - i.e. no bits n bobs getting into the cup. I also like the cheerful yellow seal / top :)

    Tea for Two

    When you are drinking the best tea available, you really want the best teapot to enjoy it, so that’s why I purchased Brew Tea’s pot! It serves 800ml elegantly- two large mugs full of flavoursome tea! What’s not to love ❤️. The shape of the flask allows the tea leaves to infuse and the filter stopper prevents any whole leaves escaping into the cup or mug. Delighted with the pot and I love the tea - whole leaf, no dust. Just pure taste - literally and metaphorically!

    Great tea pot

    Surprising effective at staying warm and really good at stopping tea leaves from going into the cup. I love that it’s dishwasher proof too. I have a BIG mug of tea and this make 1 and 3/4 cups.
