Shipping is free over £25 (£3.95 below £25). Place your order before 5pm and we'll ship it that same day (Mon-Fri). It'll go Tracked Next Day with Royal Mail, unless you need DHL Next Day which is £10. International is little different, click here.
As long as it’s unused and boxed you can send it back, but we recommend you to get in touch first to see if we can help. You’ll have to ship it back to us yourself, and we recommend using tracked delivery.

Make sure you write us a note with your details in the box so we know who it’s from. Once it arrives, we’ll get your refund or exchange sorted.

    Perfect for a proper cup of tea

    We recently took delivery of two of these sets and used them every day since, they look good in the kitchen and on the table, large enough to “cup” with your hands to warm them on a cold day outside and hold enough tea to make a proper drink. Very pleased, thankyou.

    Top-notch tea-mug!

    This really is the perfect mug. A lovely weight (pleasantly substantial but not cumbersome) and a lovely shape. I very much like the speckled effect; such a cheerful yellow! And the milk jug is surprisingly useful; good for giving the appearance of fanciness when friends come to tea!

    A lovely set

    Very well made. I like the the subtle speckled decoration and the bright yellow colour makes smile. Much bigger than I expected, and also heavier too but it's comfortable to drink from.
