    Shipping is free over £25 (£3.95 below £25). Place your order before 5pm and we'll ship it that same day (Mon-Fri). It'll go Tracked Next Day with Royal Mail, unless you need DHL Next Day which is £10. International is little different, click here.
    As long as it’s unused and boxed you can send it back, but we recommend you to get in touch first to see if we can help. You’ll have to ship it back to us yourself, and we recommend using tracked delivery.

    Make sure you write us a note with your details in the box so we know who it’s from. Once it arrives, we’ll get your refund or exchange sorted.

      Not perfect, but still happy with purchase

      I really like this tea set. It works well.

      The only things preventing 5 stars is:

      - that the tea pot and milk jug have a small dribble when pouring;

      - the yellow of the cup and milk jug are slightly less bright than the teapot, but not enough to ruin the aesthetic for me (although, it is a bit of a shame).

      I think this should be a mainstay of the company's offering rather than a limited edition.

      One thing that is missing from this set is a small sugar pot and lid. I really hope this product is being developed, as I would buy one the moment it goes on sale. 🤞🤞🤞

      Hi Jonathan. Thanks for taking the time to write some good stuff here. You've hit on the eternal struggle - matching yellows across materials and suppliers! We are with you entirely and it's been an ongoing battle for years. The pouring is a little to do with the "pressing" of the spout - each of the items is handmade so you can get variation. Good call on the pot. We've got an update of all of the porcelain items coming up later in the year and so we're optimistic you'll be receiving good news in due course 😉
