Replacement Glass: Tea Pot for Two

Appreciated being advised jug could be ordered separately.

Did need to repeat telephone request for delivery, of jug and tea. I appreciate I may not have been clear I was almost out of tea and needed to adjust scheduled delivery plan.

Telephonist response as always pleasant and helpful, responding quickly when advised I would appreciate asap delivery.

It’s been a lot wait but finally the teapot for two glass replacement came back into stock.

Ordered as soon as the email arrived advising they were back, it was despatched the same day and received the next excellent service.

We’re happy with the replacement pot hopefully the handle doesn't get broken on this one!

I’m really pleased with this replacement jug. It’s a great idea to offer the glass as a separate replacement part rather than having to purchase an entirely new teapot if the jug is damaged. It feels like a much more sustainable and cost-effective solution.

I was also delighted to find that the lid is compatible with both the teapot for two and the tray for one.

Overall, a high-quality replacement and excellent customer-focused design. As always the product arrived excellently packaged to Brew Tea’s high standard.
