    Shipping is free over £25 (£3.95 below £25). Place your order before 5pm and we'll ship it that same day (Mon-Fri). It'll go Tracked Next Day with Royal Mail, unless you need DHL Next Day which is £10. International is little different, click here.
    As long as it’s unused and boxed you can send it back, but we recommend you to get in touch first to see if we can help. You’ll have to ship it back to us yourself, and we recommend using tracked delivery.

    Make sure you write us a note with your details in the box so we know who it’s from. Once it arrives, we’ll get your refund or exchange sorted.

      I love my teapot

      I have been a Brew Tea customer for many years now. I love Brew Tea. My Mum accidentally broke my teapot which was a total disaster for me as I’m sure you can imagine. My replacement teapot arrived promptly & I was able to get back to drinking amazing tea again. It was great that I didn’t have to buy a full new teapot & end up with a lid that I didn’t need. Great work Brew Tea Co. Stay awesome. P.S. I did forgive my Mum eventually ☺️

      So pleased to receive this so I can make a brew using my teapot again. Although it has been out of stock for some time, Brew Tea notified me as soon as it was available again (as promised) and delivered my order promptly as always. Great service!

      Great to receive my replacement glass teapot

      I really missed my teapot ( I dropped the original)

      about 2 years ago l used twinnings green tea bags .

      I was in Waitrose and noticed Brew Tea loose tea and decided to try it. I was amazed, I purchased a Brew Tea glass teapot and haven’t looked back.

      Recently I tried your green tea teabags , great for a quick cup,
