    Shipping is free over £25 (£3.95 below £25). Place your order before 5pm and we'll ship it that same day (Mon-Fri). It'll go Tracked Next Day, unless you need DHL Next Day which is £10. International is little different, just shoot us an email if you have any questions: hello@brewteacompany.co.uk
    As long as it’s unused and boxed you can send it back, but we recommend you to get in touch first to see if we can help. You’ll have to ship it back to us yourself, and we recommend using tracked delivery.

    Make sure you write us a note with your details in the box so we know who it’s from. Once it arrives, we’ll get your refund or exchange sorted.

      clear way to brew tea

      Just the right size for a cup for one, although I do have a two cup size as well. It allows the leaves to move around and pours well, looks good too!

      Necessary Trauma made easier

      Look, we are all occasionally a little clumsy and this pot gets used every day. Fortunately this swish, perfectly-proportioned replacement has found its way back onto that nice filter top. Easy to order, delivered quickly and a perfect fit. Such a relief.

      So happy to have this!

      I was gutted when I accidentally broke my first Brew Tea glass pot. This replacement is actually cuter than the original one though, as it has 'Brew Tea' stencilled on it which my other one didn't have! Great replacement pot!

      the absolute best

      my previous glass teapot obtained a crack after about 6 years of daily use - I am SO thankful that they offer replacement glass only, as my lid is completely fine & does not need to be replaced :)

      as always, packaging, postage and comms is amazing with this company
