How To Brew

How to Brew

3 Scoop
85° Brew Temperature
5+ Minutes
3 scoops (15g) of loose leaf or 1 pitcher tea bags is perfect. This makes 1 litre of strong tea to customise. After brewing, dilute 1 part water to 1 part tea. Sweeten & zest up to taste and add ice. Prepping in advance? Swap the 1 litre of boiling water for 1 litre of cold water and leave your tea to brew overnight in the fridge for 8-12 hours. Strain/remove the bag. Sweeten if you prefer and add ice & lemon slices.

Brewing Tip

Check that all-important brewing temperature (85°, not boiling) especially if you're worried about finding this too astringent. Want it fresher? A squeeze of lemon willdo the trick. For a little extra rosiness add a sprinkle of dried rose petals.

Good taste and quick brew time

Works well both with hot water cooled and over night steeping in cold water. I personally add a drizzle of honey just to sweeten the taste slightly

    Refreshing

I have only ever had iced tea in a cafe, so when i saw this whilst ordering my breakfast tea and decaf i though i would give it a go. I have always liked floral flavours as well as citrus. I will admit it's all down to personal taste. The first go i put the bag in a jug of filtered water overnight in the fridge to infuse. I left it too long as i found it rather strong. It took a few goes to get the right intensity for me ( less time infusing ) but now that i have sussed it, it's gorgeous. I like it unsweetened but you could add some honey i guess. I'm looking forward to trying the other flavours
