    Shipping is free over £25 (£3.95 below £25). Place your order before 5pm and we'll ship it that same day (Mon-Fri). It'll go Tracked Next Day, unless you need DHL Next Day which is £10. International is little different, just shoot us an email if you have any questions: hello@brewteacompany.co.uk
    As long as it’s unused and boxed you can send it back, but we recommend you to get in touch first to see if we can help. You’ll have to ship it back to us yourself, and we recommend using tracked delivery.

    Make sure you write us a note with your details in the box so we know who it’s from. Once it arrives, we’ll get your refund or exchange sorted.

    Brewing Tip

    Your tea will start tasting bitter if it’s left to brew for too long so if you fancy a stronger cup, add some more tea leaves.

      Morning brew

      I like a good strong brew in a morning to get me going and this hits the spot. 5 minute brew with some milk. I can taste the flavours in the tea and it isn't stewed. I find it useful on the boxes and the website telling me the best way to brew my teas.

      Fairly Robust Brew

      Enjoy this tea. Good flavour which works well with a spot of milk. Going to try steeping it longer for a stronger brew.

      Sounds like you’re on the right track! 😊 A little extra steeping time (but I would advise not going over 5 minutes in total) should bring out more of that strength, let us know if you find the sweet spot.
